The planned job was a simple exchange of a faulty shower pump. In proceeding an existing outlet from the hot water cylinder started to leak badly which required immediate replacement of the cylinder. Access was extremely difficult and removal involved draining heating system, cutting out of existing pipework to enable withdrawal of cylinder. Whilst this was being done a new slightly smaller cylinder was sourced, collected, fitted and then all pipework reinstated. The job was completed by 8pm. As a customer I wish to praise Luke and Matt for their excellent service, initiative and skills in completing what started out as a "simple" job.
